By accessing or using the DeXian Lending Protocol (the “Protocol”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Protocol.

2. Use of the Protocol:

The Protocol is designed to facilitate decentralized lending and borrowing functionalities on the RadixDLT distributed ledger. You agree to use the Protocol in accordance with its intended purpose and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities:

Users of the Protocol are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, private keys, and any other credentials associated with their use of the Protocol. Users must promptly notify DeXian Labs of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

4. Risks and Disclaimers:

The use of decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, including the Protocol, involves inherent risks. Users acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, market risks, and regulatory uncertainties. DeXian Labs disclaims any warranties or guarantees regarding the Protocol’s functionality, security, or performance.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. DeXian Labs does not guarantee that the Protocol complies with the laws of all jurisdictions.

6. Changes and Updates:

DeXian Labs reserves the right to make changes to the Protocol, including modifications to its features, functionalities, and terms of use. Users are encouraged to review the latest information available on DeXian Labs’s official channels.

7. Termination:

DeXian Labs reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Protocol at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.
